I am Cheryl Ramsay and I am an Advanced Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and HelioSol Technique Instructor.  It is my privilege and honour to offer individuals such as yourself the opportunity to go deep within to heal what is creating blockages and stopping you from living the life you were meant to experience.
 
Through my sessions I provide a wealth of information, understanding and access to innate wisdom which allows your own body/mind to heal effortlessly.  I provide a safe and nurturing environment which allows you to release stress, trapped emotions, tension and repetitive negative thoughts.

As a way to support clients in-between sessions, I instruct the HelioSol Technique.  This technique provides people with a valuable tool that aids in manifestation, self-realization, self-healing, self-love and harmony.
